Following over 15 years with WorldCare Pet Transport, the team of Ross Gays, Don Uyeno and Mike Gays decided to strike out with a new venture that totally focussed on corporate relocation and unparalleled levels of service and scope. AeroPets Animal Transport was born with the mission to be the new standard of international pet relocation. Combining technological advances with years of expertise our mission is for AeroPets Animal Transport to be the pinnacle of pet transport.
The team AeroPets Animal Transport is solely comprised of pet owners and pet lovers. Our aim is to make sure pets are relocated safely, expediently and with a truly empathetic attitude towards owners who are undoubtedly going to be apprehensive about moving their loved one thousands of miles. Our team take the needs of owners very seriously and have only the best intentions for their pets.
Don, along with Ross and a third partner, founded WorldCare Pet Transport in 2001. During the ensuing 17 years, WorldCare Pet Transport became the leading pet transportation company in the world servicing Fortune 500 company employees relocating domestically and around the globe.
Don was actively involved with the International Pet and Animal Transport Association (IPATA) and served on their Board of Directors for several years. In early 2018, Don & Ross split from WorldCare to form AeroPets Animal Transport LLC which continues

Ross and his wife Anna-Maria have recently become grandparents and look forward to watching their grandson, Fraser growing up with his parents Michael and Nina. Ross has a younger son, Alexander who is currently living in London and is a trainee solicitor.
Mike has grown up around international pet relocation as the son of Ross. Gaining a 2:1 in business and politics from Aston University he followed in his father’s footsteps into pet relocation and has been focussed on nurturing AeroPets Animal Transport into a leading provider of pet transport globally with a focus of client needs and creative
Outside of work he is a keen snowboarder, single digit golfer and represents the England Disabled Golf team as he is also a below knee amputee. He has Laika the office dog, Mac the office cat and lives next to the UK office with wife Nina and new addition Fraser.
